Regulations for bringing guests

Regulations adopted as board decision 23/6/2017. These regulations pertain to bringing guests to activities where the activity states that guests are welcome.

1. A member or contributor may only bring introductions to activities where the activity states that introductions are welcome.
2. Introducés may not be taken to regular practices.
3. The member or contributor who brings guests must have signed up for the activity on the website.
4. The number of guests to be brought may not exceed the number specified in the activity. If no number is specified, a maximum of 1 introducer may be brought.
5. The costs resulting from bringing a guest may be recovered from the member or the contributor.
6. When the activity takes place in the swimming pool, the guest must be able to present a valid sports card of Sportcentrum Olympos at the start of the activity to the board or to the organization of the activity.1
7. The board and the organization of the activity are at all times entitled to refuse introductions.
8. In all other cases not covered by these regulations, the board will decide.
9. Rules specified in the House Rules and Statutes shall always prevail.

1 When the guest does not have a valid sports card, a day card can be purchased at the information desk of Sportcentrum Olympos.
